The scaffold scene is real-time (day or night). You can play with general words or use pre-loaded word topics - Educational and Entertainment. But there are also Additional Topics that you can download. A Knowledge Bar at the bottom of the game will give you information about the words. You can also create your own topics and upload them for other players.
