A Qt GUI and perl server to control a Uniden bcd396t Scanner locally or over a network using a serial port.

Can handle multiple clients at the same time and can launch an external program to stream audio (ffmpeg or vlc etc). The QT GUI runs as a widget in the system tray and can be controlled via the system tray icon.

Still under development but usable.
