Compare the budget to the actual expenditure with the option to print a monthly report. Using the annual budget as a base and allowing for inflation (user defined, initially set to 3% p.a.) the program produces a report and chart showing the predicted reduction of the Line of Credit Home Loan over a 5-year period.
