Scrapland demo brings you to a magic world where humans are feared. In Scrapland, you'll play the role of D-Tritus, an intergalactic traveler who finds himself involved in a series of mysterious murders. To solve this mystery that plagues the city of Chimera, you must use your ability to transform into any of the 15 character types, each with its own unique powers and skills. There also are hundreds of vehicles in Scrapland, and you have the skills to pilot each one.This demo introduces some of the characters from the game, giving players a chance to use D-Tritus and his ability to transform into 15 types of characters. It contains one single-player mission wherein you encounter the Crazy Gambler and two multiplayer maps titled The Forbidden Zone and The Great Data Base.Major Features:Set inside a debris field thousands of miles wide is the tiny asteroid called Scrapland. Centuries of destructive exploitation by a race long gone, reduced what was once a paradise into a world inhabited only by machines. Those machines, robots of all shapes and sizes, rebuilt Scrapland into an awe-inspiring metropolis of glittering greatness.As the robots rebuilt the world they also created a new class of citizens: policemen, bankers, priests, and civil servants. This fledgling society was transformed dramatically by the discovery of a device dubbed "The Great Database". With it the robots could easily revive any expired or nonfunctional automaton. Death became a thing of the past.Against this backdrop you join the story of an outsider named D-Tritus who arrives at Scrapland amid a string of bizarre murders. D-Tritus lands a job investigating the killings and eventually becomes entangled in a web of conspiracy that only his quick wits and a little help from his friends will save him from.The main character in this adventure. Self-constructed in a distant space junkyard and newly arrived on Scrapland, he's about to find himself up to his servos in murder and mayhem. Will his intelligence and wit get him through what lies ahead? Only you can decide.
